Additions:
- 2 new voting websites have been added to the servers (Will apply after restart tonight)

- Added the command to toggle broadcasts into the /vote (/vote togglebroadcast)
Changes:
- Changed gems given to 15 gems instead of 10, this means you can now get 150 gems from voting on all links.
- Changed Vote Party to 120 on @Skyfactory
- Changed Vote Party to 80 on @Towny
This should address the feedback given for more advertisement, more gems, and address those who dislike the spammy broadcasts.
